Parabéns Francierlem, your have earned your first Spotting of the Day! You have a very interesting collection :-)

"Our Spotting of the Day is a beautiful cactus flower! Cereus jamacaru, locally known as mandacaru, is native to north-eastern Brazil and grows as a tall spiny tree. Its showy flowers are white inside and appear at night, giving this species its other name of "queen of the night". These flowers eventually give rise to large egg-shaped reddish fruit attractive to birds, which are the most important mean of seed dispersal for this species. This cactus is considered invasive in various parts of Africa".
