Unknown spotting

Description:

Big moth about 15 cm.

Habitat:

Found in my balcony near a primary forest.

Notes:

Sorry I couldn't get closer, big moths scared me a little bit... ok, a lot. I wasn't even able to hold the ruler straight, I was with my five senses in alert if the moth start flying or something.

Here's the big guy, eh! Looks like it's had better days but still love the intricate pattern. Is this the biggest you've seen? Glad to hear you're dealing with your fear of moths, makes for some cool spottings!
