Description:

Family: Geometridae, Subfamily: Ennominae. A common Typical Geometer moth. WS 43-46 mm. Variable coloring from pale yellow to purplish brown FW. This one light-medium brown. Often has zigzag or dotted ST line. HW has straight median line. Tiny black discal dots mark all wings. hosts: Deciduous trees and low plants including apple, blueberry, cherry, and grasses to name a few.

Habitat:

Woodlands and meadows. Attracted to light
