Dead. Pile of feathers.
Lakes. This one was. Between two lakes in southern Ontario.
Picture was taken because we were curious about what bird had spotted feathers. When we saw the loons later we realized what it was. Not sure what the other animal involved was though. We did see another pile of feathers nearby.
