Trigonopeltastes delta
Pronotum has a yellow delta (triangle) mark and yellow edges. The elytra are black with red markings and dots of yellow. Rear end is light yellow.
This one was on the Cut-leaf coneflower, Rudbeckia herbstonne.

Very nice beetle. I saw a beetle very like this a few months ago - I'm going to have to dig in to my files and see if it's the same one ...
