Bufo nebulifer
A brownish flat toad. Broad dark stripe down each side of dorsum, each with light stripes just above. Light stripe down the middle of the back. Bufo nebulifer grows to an adult size of 5-10 cm (2-4 in).
This is one of several that are living in cracks between the lawns and street pavement. This one eventually hopped into the grass.
The photo was taken with a flash at about 10 pm at night.
