A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
A Treehopper species that I haven't ever seen before! It was on a wall at night, so I haven't found the host plant yet. It has a beautiful mottled green color with the tip of the carapace bright orange-red. The wings are dark with heavy red-brown veins. 5 mm in length. Family Membracidae.
Garden lights, semi-rural residential area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, 2,200 meters.
