Unknown spotting

Description:

I was getting very dark when I saw something moving in the air, I thought it was a wasp because of the red color, but then I realized it was a red spider webbing its spider web in circles. I took some pictures but I couldn't get a focus because the lack of light even with the camera flash. So I used my cell phone with a all white screen to light up the spider and it did. Spider about 3 cm and thick.

Semi tropical forest in the mexican Pacific coast.
