It's a type of argyranthemum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argyranthem...). Although it says this species is endemic to the Canary Islands, it is a widely cultivated horticultural plant, and so can be found worldwide. Most likely this is a type of argyranthemum frutescens (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argyranthem...), which is the most popular horticultural plant.
