Very cool! I'm pretty sure the species is the African penguin. I know they have them at the Florida Aquarium, I just don't know if they have more than one species of penguin there. I took care of some at a facility in California, and that photo looks very much like the ones I am familiar with (though I don't know all penguin species!). If it is the Africans, they are endangered and have a great conservation story in terms of overfishing, too. Very nice photo, thanks for sharing!

Yes it was. And they are beautiful. It was too crowded to get close enough to see what type of penguin they are.
