Whip-tail Lizard?

Description:

There were thousands of these everywhere. The smallest I saw measured around 3" and the largest about 7".

Habitat:

Tropical wet forest in SW Costa Rica less than a mile to the ocean at sea level

I believe this is the Rainbow Amevia, also known as Barred Whiptail.
