Alligator mississippiensis
Was surprised to come upon this creature with a mouthful of something just by the bank staring up at me! Large crocodillian that usually drowns its prey then tears off bits and swallows large chunks whole.
Orlando Wetlands laying in shallow water at edge staring up at me!

Thanks beaker98 and yes Desmond I think it may be turtle, the right side of picture #2 looks like a shell to me
It looks like it could be eating a snapping turtle.
That is awesome James!
Thanks FlameGriffon. The more I look at this the more I am seeing turtle, the right side of the image looks like shell to me with the ridge of the shell visible behind the grass. Looks like the whole right side of the creature is a olive colored shell, perhaps a softshell turtle?
Seeing the second photo I'd say it's a fish. (Great spotting !)
Thanks Sergio and venusflytrap2000. Concensus seems to be the chewed up body of a fish, but not sure
I mean, it looks like a chicken, tomatoes, and flowers!
what the heck is in his mouth?
Great spotting, James. I'd say a fish...
Thank you so much ChunXingWong
Great spotting there, James McNair.
Keep up the amazing work.
Not sure Marta, thought at first might be a turtle, but no obvious shell, so bird is possible!
Looks like the something could be a bird (?)
