I only know 1 genus with these 4 horns: Citheronia sp., from Saturniidae, Ceratocampinae. But there might be others and I did not find a reasonable match of a Citheronia from Costa Rica. Common ones are C. bellavista and C. lobesis, but their horns are much more impressive than "yours".
