The jay is found in the mountain west in wooded areas.

this jay followed us as we sat on the banks of the Kings River in Kings Canyon National Park. It loved our pistachios

Thanks - he was easy to photograph since we were feeding him pistachios and he came pretty close. Pretty little bird
