wild flowers in lime ridge open space California. Blue Dick (Dichelostemma pulchellum) has a small cluster of light-purple flowers positioned atop a 1 to 2 foot high, leafless stem. Also known as Wild Hyacinth, the Blue Dick is a member of the Amaryllis family. This plant blooms from February to May and frequently can be seen along the shady paths .
