Boat-tailed Grackle

Quiscalus major

Description:

A male Boat-tailed Grackle perched on a branch at Assateague Island State Park.

Habitat:

Branch on a tree near bay & ocean.

Notes:

I'm not the greatest at bird ID's, so this could be a Common Grackle. I made my ID based off of habitat, since the two species closely resemble each other. Feel free to correct.
