Description:

This arthropod belongs to the Class Malacostraca, Order Isopoda and family Armadillidiidae. They can bend they bodies completely to form a packed ball. The segments are bright. In this case, this one was pictured over a tree. Usually, are found beneath rocks or plants.

Habitat:

Very common in Argentina. It could be found in the Central Area, including the Pampas and some areas of the Chaco.
