I find common names for this plant confusing, but it is what I'd call Black-eyed Susan. Common names seem to vary by local. It is Rudbeckia, but I'm not sure what species as there are 23 recognized species in this genus, plus there are lots of cultivars. I'd start an ID search with Rudbeckia though.
