This wasp was spotted at night on a lemon grass leaf. He seems to be solitary.

Thanks Luis Vivas. Precisely why I tried to seek more help since I have doubts regarding the first ID suggestion of S. caementarium.

Well, I think it's sure genus Sceliphron, but I don't believe to be S. caementarium.

You can see it has black pendunculum and yellow propondeum, different colors at this specimen, very similar to S. spirifex, but I don't know if this species is found in the region where this photo was taken.
