Leafhopper of 3mm, with the upper wings banded in pink and blue and an intricate design on the head and thorax. The 4th picture was taken at night under odd lighting on 25Oct18 in the same place. The 5th and 6th pictures were taken at night on 19Jun19 in the same place. Family Cicadellidae.
