Hello Andi, I believe this is a Grass Fly. They're quite difficult to narrow down to the Genus, let along species. It does look like a species of Meromyza but it's just a guess. You can submit these pics to BugGuide for an ID or just enter the subfamily name, Chloropinae. http://bugguide.net/node/view/169198
