Beata Jumping Spider

Description:

A strange looking jumping spider just over half a centimetre long. Light brown in colour with dark brown and cream coloured markings and three small tufts of hair on the abdomen which were light brown in colour, surrounded by dark brown. Almost orange coloured over the "fangs." Walked in an odd manner at times, holding itself up tall and keeping low at other times.

Sub tropical jungle at Calakmul biosphere reserve
