Saron marmoratus
Shrimp with a large, long, upward rostrum, and with typical hair tufts (cirri) starting from the rostrum and on the back. Other cirri tufts below the abdomen and on the claws.
Found this upside down at a depth of about 7m. Couldn't coax it out of its hiding place.

Thanks lori.tas. Doesn't the cirri remind you of a baby bottle cleaner? :-)
Cool.
