This is a Burmese python. Def not the size quoted. The longest snake in the world was fluffy a tiger reticulated python owned by bob Clark. Before that was a Burmese python who was housed in the northern US named Baby.

I am 100% certain this is not a reticulated python, pretty sure it is an African Rock Python (Python sebae)

That is one obese snake! It's got a huge body and a tiny head, which is indicative of overfeeding. Green anacondas in captivity typically have the same problem.
