Calotes versicolor
An Agamid Lizard. From its two yellow stripes on its back, it's a Calotes. Around 30cm long.
Tropical South East Asian forest.

Calotes versicolor is extremely variable but often has the parallel yellowish stripes. Your specimen does not really resemble Leiolepis (head, or side patterning) and I don't belive it's been recorded in Singapore ( http://www.ecologyasia.com/verts/lizards... )
