Hi Nibelma,

Nice spotting! I'm not sure of the species, there are 10 in North America. Waterscorpions are predators that move along the surface of the water to find their prey. They are a member of the Hemiptera Family, or true bugs. They have piercing mouthparts, which you can see in your picture.
