Thought this was a Queen but the angled cut to the borders of wings threw me! Anyone want to help?

I agree with Tamar James. There are no anglewings butterflies with white dots such as this on the forewing.

James, I believe you are correct thinking that this is a Queen. Either this butterfly has some deformity or, perhaps, it is recently emerged and not completely unfurled.
