It is a caterpillar Lycaenidae family. I am creating Lycaenidae caterpillars and know enough.

Thanks Lulu. I thought it was a bit big for scale, but I'm not sure, could be.

Looks like scale (possibly armored scale), ants usually work symbiotically with scale and other pests like thrips. Can't give you an exact ID though :)
