Longicorn beetle

Uracanthus parvus

Description:

This narrow bodied longicorn beetle was about 24 mm long. The elytra were brown, narrowing in the mid region and stopping slightly short of the last couple of abdominal segments. The underside of the beetle was a chalky white.

Habitat:

Spotted under bright lights near a sports field.
