Mini Wasp

Description:

I zoomed in on another tiny 2 mm speck which turned out to be an amazing little wasp, bright orange-red with green eyes and banded wings which are as long as the entire wasp. No idea if this is a parasitic wasp or maybe even a leaf mining wasp?

Habitat:

Garden lights, semi-rural residential area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, 2,200 meters.
