I think there is a lot to be said about the poor lighting in the Flickr shot.

Nuwan, The species you have suggested is quite different from my specimen. margin of the wing is light golden in my species but what you have suggested have dark margin. its quite different...but I think the genus may be same..

They do not have scales on them. it is totally transparent..
