Description:

Beetle larva -- I think it's a lady bug, and I think it's Harmonia axyridis, but the pictures aren't enough for 100% verification.

Habitat:

In a shrub along walkway in urban park.

I'm thinking that this is right. (I wish I could remember, or had taken a better dorsal shot.)

Sadly, the rest of the images are all from the same angles, just less focus.

That helps a bit. Were there four orange dots in the middle of its body?

Do you have a shot of the whole body? Sure looks like Harmonia to me to, but I'd need a full body to confirm.
