I only found some old drawings of Monedula sp. and possibly Monedula punctata, which is now in Stictia genus.

So, looking at the markings yours easily might be Stictia cf. punctata.
Must be a Crabronidae, possibly Bembicinae, Bembicini. Not sure what kind of Bembix sp. are around.
