Jatropha multifida

Description:

Large lacy green (umbrella-like) leaves with a stem in the center with a multiple flower head of red flowers with a yellow center.

Habitat:

Gardens, sub-tropical to tropical. Leaves are suited for a hot sun. this is in my garden, but has bloomed only two years as it was fighting to get more sun. I cut back bushes around it this year and it seems to have appreciated it.
