I think it is Taraxacum as earlier mentioned, and it from the section Ruderalis. :-)

Taraxacum for sure but going beyond genus can be complicated :(

This is a Dandelion. But careful, it is not as simple as it seems...
There are 2 "dandelions", the Common Dandelion Taraxactum officinale and the from the dandelion tribe with the genus Leontodon. I think yours is the common Taraxactum sp. and possibly Taraxactum officinale. But I recommend to check some more literature to be sure. I am not so into flora anyway ;-)...
