Amazilia brevirostris

Description:

The white chested Emerald has coppery green upperparts, a green head and is white from the thoat down towards the tail, it is about 9cm long and has a straight black beak.

Habitat:

This little hummingbird lives in the tropics of the guianas and Trinidad, usually a forest dweller and feeds on nectar and small insects.
