A juvenile Sargassum Frogfish, around 1 cm in size. They are usually yellow/green/brown in colours, mottled with ability to change colours, especially dark/light shades quickly for perfect camouflage among Sargassum weeds.
Among Sargassum weeds, usually near the surface.
Pic#4 shows how small it is and its perfect camouflage. Pic#5 shows it free swimming to another patch of Sargassum weeds.
