The wings of this mayfly have quite a soft colour and feathery margin. It is still in subimago stage. A female.

Yours is very pretty soft blue. Nice.
We mostly call them Mayflies. Shadfly is just another name. There are so many subspecies it is easier to just give the scientific name as Ephemeroptera
