Evening Grosbeak

Description:

This is the female Evening Grosbeak. The female has a gray head and back. The wings are black with small white spots. We also notice a little yellow on the flanks and sides of the neck.

Habitat:

Lives in forests, parks, countryside and can be seen in the suburbs. Present throughout Quebec south of James Bay.
