Arctiidae, Pericopinae, Dysschema sp. for sure. Not it's getting tricky. Yours looks similar to Dysschema paracelsus, but it would not be serious to call this one Paracelsus from only a single shot:

There are at least 20 other Dysschema sp. which look similar to yours in Costa Rica.
