Description:

Small weevil with an unusual rear end looking like a seed or broken twig end.
Resting posture was also 'twig like' even when provoked.
About 7mm long.

Habitat:

Found on a eucalyptus stem in a local nature reserve.

Notes:

Genus unique to Australia.
