Don't think so. Your bird has very strong yellow above the bill, consistent with white-eyed vireo. The wing bars are more elongated and less bold on a blackpoll warbler too.

Is it possible this is an immature Blackpoll female Ashley? I see the image in the reference for the male and it looks a lot alike?
