Cardamine pratensis

Description:

Cardamine pratensis is a perennial growing to 0.5 m by 0.3 m. It is in flower from April to June, and the seeds ripen from May to July. The flowers are hermaphrodite and are pollinated by bees, flies and lepidoptera.The plant is self-fertile and is noted for attracting wildlife.

Habitat:

Moist, slightly shady places in meadows and by streams, usually in acid soils.
