Looks like Social Flycatcher although i am not sure on which of the above pics are male and which are female. Found in Parque Colinas San Jeronimo in San Jeronimo, Monterrey, Mexico
Its a rainy day and ground is dug up by authorities for some renovation . So, so birds are having a feast of earth worms and flies :-)
