Spotting

Notes:

Spotted in a a pond in Shinjuku Gyoen, Tokyo. Intrigued by the pointy nose - the ones I usually see in Japan have a rounded nose.

I'm fairly certain it's the Chinese softshell, but, I'm not familiar with the entire variety of softshell turtles. It is indeed a softshell turtle, as they have the "pointed" nose, more flipper like back feet, and a flat shell, but as to the exact species, I'm not quite sure.
Quite a cool find, they're interesting turtles!
