Appears to be some species of Wood Sorrel. Small, pink and red flowers with yellow stamen; clover-like (heart-shaped) leaves.

The leaves were quite similar to clover leafs (heart-shaped).
Can't say for sure without a pic of the leaf but it looks like an Oxalis sp.
