Based on the Kauffman's Butterfly guide, I believe this is actually the SOUTHERN Oak Hairstreak; note that teeny tiny little white dot in the center leading edge of the hindwing and more extensive orange blaze. Plus the range suits this species better than the Northern, which doesn't extend into Florida except in the panhandle region.

Not positive because can't see the whole butterfly and the dark color maybe due to the shade. But the markings match the Northern Oak Hairstreak/ Satyrium favonius ontario
