Agapanthus africanus
Agapanthus africanus (African lily) is a flowering plant from the genus Agapanthus native to South Africa. Ιt was introduced to Europe at the close of the 17th century as a handsome greenhouse plant, and it became a popular garden plant for every European country. The plants are easy to cultivate and the pictured one was spotted in full bloom in a hotel's garden in Tsagarada village, Pelion mountain, Greece.
