Spoladea recurvalis
Moth, wingspan of about 2cm. Spoladea recurvalis - Beet Webworm Moth - Hodges#5170, syn. Hymenia recurvalis (Fabricius, 1775). Also called Hawaiian Beetworm Moth, it is found all over the world, especially the tropics and has most probably been spread by agriculture as it is a pest on beet crops. It has a variety of larval host plants. The name suggests its country of origin. Source: http://www.treknature.com/gallery/Africa....
