Description:

Purple flowers, each with 5 petals and a delicate cluster of short stamen in the centre measuring 15 - 20 mm across. Leaves are small and spear-shaped; also 15-20 mm in length. This particular specimen was around 180 cm in height.

Habitat:

Growing wild on an urbanised bush block.
